Terrence W. (Bud) McPherson, MAI, SRA

Terrence W. (Bud) McPherson has over 30 years of real estate and appraisal experience. As the President of McPherson & Associates he is a member of the Appraisal Institute and is the past president of both the Washington and Baltimore Chapters. Bud holds licenses and is certified in four states, MD, PA, VA and WV. Bud holds a BA Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Campus. Considered one of the regions foremost real estate appraisers and consultants he is experienced in a wide range of real estate investment and legal consulting including expert witness testimony.


Tracey L. McPherson

Tracey L. McPherson, Vice President, has over 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal and development experience, with an interest in retail, hotel and restaurant valuation in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan area. Having been involved in the development of both residential and commercial real estate Tracey brings unique insight and expertise to the valuation of real estate. Tracey has a BA degree in Economics from University of Maryland Baltimore County and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Maryland.


Michael D. Muszynski

Michael D. Muszynski has been an appraiser for McPherson & Associates since March 2007 and has completed assignments in Allegany, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Frederick, Montgomery, Prince Georges and Washington Counties, Maryland and Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, West Virginia consisting of a variety of property types including industrial, commercial, agricultural and residential. Michael has a BA degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland with a minor in Environmental Studies. He is an authorized Certified General Appraiser in the States of Maryland and West Virginia and a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.


Thomas F. Stevens

Thomas F. Stevens has been a practicing appraiser with McPherson & Associates since 1999 and has completed commercial real estate valuation assignments of retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and residential land development projects in Maryland; Adams, Franklin, and York Counties, Pennsylvania; Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, West Virginia; and the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan area. Thomas has a BA degree in Psychology and Geology from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. He is an authorized Licensed Appraiser in the State of Maryland and a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute since 2001.
